Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy<\/h2>

Our policy lasts\u00a014 days. If\u00a014 days have gone from the day the order was received, unfortunately we can\u2019t offer you a refund or exchange.<\/p>

Since you make an order and accept responsibility, please make sure you choose correct size,\u00a0<\/strong>model\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0type.<\/p>

We do ship items for free, but in case of returns\/exchange we charge fees.<\/p>

REFUNDS<\/strong><\/p>

NOTE: We proceed a full refund if we send an item as it was not described, wrong size\/color or model. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>

In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, PENNA ATELIER DOO is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC\/MC and Maestro payment method, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the card user’s account at the seller’s request.<\/p>

Refund will be credited in 15-20 days, depends on bank.<\/p>

EXCHANGE<\/strong><\/p>

We exchange only the model you ordered (if available) , if size is smaller or bigger. We can not change it to another model. In case if we have it in our stock.<\/p>

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>

Sometimes it happens, that we are not able to exchange your item, in this case we offer you a good discounts\/gifts for your next purchases.<\/p>

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. For some countries we charge extra fees for shipping an exchanged product.<\/p>

Depending on where you live, it may take some time (up to 15-25 days) for your exchanged product, to reach you.<\/p>

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.<\/p>

We do not accept returns, since the dresses we made is tailored especially for you. You can only exchange item for another size.<\/p>

Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 2 hours as your order might have already been processed.<\/p>
