Shipping to USA and Worldwide

We offer trackable shipping worldwide for dresses, shoes, and accessories. Each package is estimated to arrive between 5-40 business days after your order is shipped. The time taken is usually shorter, but we do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us.

Approximate standard shipping times (does not include weekends/public holidays):

  1. USA ~ 5 to 15 days business days.
  2. Canada, Europe*, Asia* (most countries), Australia/New Zealand ~ 5 to 25 business days.
  3. Mexico, South America*, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Turkey, Middle East, South Africa, Rest of the world ~ 14 to 35 business days.
  4. Columbia, Kuwait, Russia ~ 7 to 30 business days.

*Exceptions in (b & c) apply.

— Orders to Columbia/Kuwait/Lebanon are subject to cancellations if we are unable to find a suitable shipping method. (We have previously encountered problems shipping to these three countries and in general, we try to upgrade shipping at our cost, whenever possible.)

— Lebanon: Paypal does not currently accept payments from Lebanon and the alternative is to pay via Western Union. Please email us at support@aysoti.com if you are placing an order from Lebanon.

— Limited countries: If we customers shipping address is located in one of the OFAC or sanctioned countries, we must cancel the order.

Delayed delivery – in very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected timeframe. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur. In such cases, we will ship out a new package if there is no tracking updates for more than 30 business days (Russia, Lebanon, Kuwait, Columbia – 60 days). This may especially be true during the busier holiday seasons at the year’s end (November to December months).

 

EXPRESS MAIL VIA DHL/FEDEX/EMS/ARAMEX (5-14 DAYS):

Available for single items at a flat rate from €30.00 per item, depending on the country. For orders of more than one item, higher shipping fees may apply. In such cases, we will email you at your given address for confirmation. We generally do not offer DHL for large orders of multiple different items.

*Please note that all estimated shipping times stated are based on normal conditions. Every once in a while, we do experience heavy international shipping volumes, especially during the holiday seasons. Also, do note that customs in some countries do take longer times to clear and scan incoming packages, which explains for the difference in the estimated shipping times.

*Please note we’re not able to ship express to Brazil. Orders made from Brazil will only be shipped by Registered Mail (15 – 30 business days)

 

PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME

Please note that processing time (4-6 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 4-6 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office).

After your order has been processed, your package will then be picked up by our shipping company for dispatch. An email with your online tracking information and details will then be sent to your email address we have on file about 2 business days later.

 

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 2 hours as your order might have already been processed. Please do drop us an email at info@pennaatelier.com as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel an order that you have just made.

 

UNCLAIMED ORDERS

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. Unclaimed items are subjected to a 60% restocking fee.

In order to avoid misunderstanding, keep track of your order and once it reaches destination country get in touch with local post office and get information regarding your order. If you won’t be able to collect your order from postal office, they will send it back to sender’s country and 60% restocking fee will be applied.

 

CUSTOM / DUTY FEES

Custom fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that in rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. We highly encourage customers to register an account with us to keep track of your order.

 

SEPARATE PACKAGES

In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons: Certain items may be on backorder / Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office / Different designers/warehouse location (we work from multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices)

 

TRACK YOUR ORDER

To track your order, please log-in: http://www.17track.net and insert the tracking number provided. For US orders, you may also log onto www.usps.com and enter the tracking number provided.

*Please note that the tracking system does not update during the transit period between countries, but it will update again once it’s in your country. We are not responsible for items that are lost in the mailing system. All items are shipped out via a trackable method. On the very rare occasion an item is not delivered within 30 business days after it has been shipped, we will reship a new piece via the same delivery method.
